Please note that in order to be allowed to participate on the ice or behind the bench after December 15^th, you must have the following:

1. A current (less than 3 years old) Criminal Record Check AND Vulnerable Sector Check from the RCMP (forms are available from the MMHA Office);
2. Completed either Speak Out or Respect In Sport – Activity Leader;
3. At least one rostered team official with a current Hockey Safety course;
4. Completed the applicable Hockey Canada Coaching Clinic (with the exception of team managers):
   1. IP and Novice: Coach 1/Coach 2 Online; Coach 1
   2. Atom to Midget: Coach 1/Coach 2 Online; Coach 2

Note that you must complete Coach 1/Coach 2 Online before attending Coach 1 or Coach 2 classroom and on-ice training.
